3 floors, no lift.

Yes, there is a terrace.
Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, they do not.
Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
All rooms are non smoking.
Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Each room has a color TV, but it is not satellite.
Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
No, there is not.
Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
No, there is not.
Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
There is only the breakfast room.
Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, there is a WLAN.

No, they unfortunately are not.

No, there is not.
Can I connect my laptop so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes we have a broadband wireless connection for all residents, however wired connections are not available
